The Settings area is where you fine-tune ReliaRing to work the way you like. This guide walks through what's there and what each part does.
Open Settings from the sidebar. Use the settings list or its search field to find a section. Sections depend on the account’s products and your role.
Your profile and sign-in
- Profile — your personal details.
- Security & sign-in — password, two-factor authentication and signed-in sessions.
- Display & language — appearance and regional display preferences.
Calling
- Calling devices & audio — device notification preferences, microphone, speaker, ringer and audio tests.
- Browser permissions — guidance for the permissions used by browser calling.
- Caller ID — the calling identity your account is allowed to use.
- Call forwarding — how your incoming calls are forwarded.
- Call recording — account recording terms and policy settings. Administrative controls require the appropriate role.
- Voicemail — account voicemail configuration. Listen to your messages from the separate Voicemail workspace.
Notifications and service settings
Notifications includes service and account notification preferences. Service alerts is available for eligible trunk accounts, and Fax appears for accounts with ReliaFax.
The page identifies settings that affect the account. Read that note before saving: an account-wide notification setting can affect colleagues, even when you opened it from your own Settings page. Device notification switches apply to the selected device.
Organisation settings
Authorised administrators can access Company profile, Telephony, Sign-in & access, Compliance and other administrative sections when applicable. A locked section explains who can change it.
If a save fails, read the error and retry after checking your connection. Do not assume a displayed selection was stored until the page confirms it.
