Using the Help Center

Updated July 26, 2026109 views0 found helpful

How the Help Center is organised, what each tab contains, and how the Help button follows you around the portal.

Everything self-service lives in one place: Support in the portal sidebar.

The four tabs

TabWhat's in it
Help CenterSearch, the article categories, and your five most recent tickets
Knowledge BaseBrowse every article by category
Video TutorialsShort walkthroughs of common tasks
Getting StartedA checklist for setting up a new account

Switching tabs updates the address bar, so you can bookmark or share a specific tab.

The Help button

On desktop and wide web screens, select Help with this page above your user details in the sidebar. On a narrow screen, open the navigation menu and select Help with this page. The drawer offers articles for your current area and lets you search without leaving the page. It is also available in chat.

Use Help & support in the workspace footer to open the full support area. The footer also contains Service status, Legal & privacy and Cookie preferences. Chat keeps its full-height layout and uses the sidebar help control.

If nothing is tagged for that area, the drawer shows the most helpful articles overall instead. You can also search from inside the drawer.

Rating an article

At the bottom of every article is Was this helpful? Please answer it. Ratings are the main signal we use to decide which articles get rewritten, so a "no" is genuinely more useful to us than silence.

Signed out

Some articles are also published on our public help site at reliaring.com/support, which needs no sign-in. Account-specific articles stay inside the portal, so the public site is a subset — if you can't find something while signed out, sign in and search again.
